![]() We recommend you bring along your own hair care products and lotion. Our biggest gripe is that Royal Caribbean only provides the very basics when it comes to amenities in nonsuite cabins: You'll get a bar of soap and a shower gel dispenser. Showers are fairly small, but showerheads are adjustable for even the very tall. Each has a shower capsule with a curved glass door, a toilet, a small sink and vanity, a narrow shelving unit and a large mirror. Additional movies are available on-demand for a fee.īathrooms for all cabins, except suites, are identical. TVs have a variety of channels showing things like sports, news, cruise ship programming and movies. Cabins also have programmable safes, for-fee mini-bar refrigerators, phones, hair dryers and giant flat-screen TVs. Family Suites, which come in different sizes and configurations, are a great option for families wanting to stay together.Įach cabin includes a dresser with drawer space, a sofa, a desk/vanity, wardrobes with space for hanging clothes as well as additional drawers, floor-length mirror, lighted makeup mirror, two beds that can be combined to create a "Royal King" and two nightstands with cubby space. What really stands out for us about the cabins here is the wide variety of configurations available, including dozens of connecting staterooms, making the Harmony of the Seas particularly well-suited to families and groups of friends traveling together. Harmony of the Seas Offers Dozens of Cabin Types, From Cozy Interior Staterooms to Ample Grand Suites Those familiar with the Oasis of the Seas cruise ship will find plenty of similarities here, but cabins on the Harmony of the Seas have a newer feel and additional power outlets. ![]() These cabins are located either directly underneath or adjacent to busy public areas – including the casino, the ices-skating rink and the main dining room – which means there can be a lot of noise and/or foot traffic. However, as is common in cruise ships, there are a few cabins to avoid, which on Harmony of the Seas are the Interior and Ocean View staterooms on decks 3 and 4. So much storage space, in fact, you won't be able to fill it all. They are also compact but comfortable and well thought out in terms of space, with plenty of hanging and drawer space. Maybe somebody will find it useful.Cabins on the Harmony of the Seas are all similar in terms of décor, with patterned carpets, light wood furniture, and pops of royal blue velvet and silver. I don't really know design layout well enough to reconfigure it into an easily printable pdf. It was too large for my scanner to do in one go, 3.5"x19". I went through the trouble at scanning it in and splicing it together for everyone. I eventually braved the long service desk lines to ask about something else and then thought to ask if they had anything like this and low and behold they had the old tri-fold pocket deck plans that we always preferred. Well when we went on our first RC ship last week, I took a picture by the elevator when we got on the ship and figured that would be as good as I'd get nowadays. When we were on HAL in May they did not have that, but did give me a kind of crappy printout. In the old days Carnival had a tri-fold pocket map that they gave out on boarding day and it would fit in your pocket. I much prefer the cutout version that displays the whole ship in one go. I have never really liked the traditional "deck-by-deck" deck plans that are available in pdf form on the web.
